Nutritionists say we should eat fruit ~ especially those varieties that have a high water content ~ when we first awaken and eat as much as you can possibly STAND. Once you stop eating it, however, eat NO MORE FRUIT for the rest of the day. Something to do with the digestive process ~ I'll leave you to Google the scientific reason behind it. So the idea of eating dessert first is because there is usually some fruit involved and ~ as previously stated ~ it is not good for the digestion to eat fruit AFTER any other food type. Now this is absolutely as clear as mud now isn't it? :)
yes clear as tinted windows....so why do we all think dessert is after dinner treat ?
